Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; Master in Human Resources Management from ICADE; MBA from Instituto de Empresa; and Executive Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Human Resources professional, with an experience of more than 25 years, especially in recruitment, education, training and development, having worked for a lengthy period of time as Manager for Santillana Editorial Group -generating links with different institutions of the educational sector - and as Senior Consultant for Hay Group.

Currently, Pablo is Executive Partner of People First Consulting, CEO of Avan Consultores (People First Consulting Group firm specialized in talent recruitment and development in the Administration sector) and a member of the faculty at ICADE Business School.

He has also been a member of the Academic Council of ICADE and a Counselor of the Spanish Association of Human Resources (AEDIPE).

Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota; Master in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University (Florida); Asesor de Inversion y Financiacion from Universidad Complutense de Madrid; and Bachelor in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University (California).

Cristina is the Director of Spain Education Programs. Before founding SEP she was the Director of Enrollment and International Programs at Suffolk University Madrid, where she contributed to establishing and developing the campus. Prior to that she was the Marketing and Sales Director at a non-traded real estate investment trust, where she continues to hold a board seat. From 1986 to 1992 Cristina was the Director of Student Services at Saint Louis University (Madrid).

She has presented at a number of conferences on a broad range of topics related to the internationalization of educational institutions; has directed projects for over 60 client organizations in Spain and the US; and has published on topics related to the benefits and challenges of educational exchange and cooperation.

Antonio is a professional in the human resources and education sector, with experience since 1986 in different lines: Management (Unicaja, Santander, Natra and Diputación de Málaga); Consulting (Accenture, Psicosoft and People Excellence); and Teaching (ESESA, Nebrija Business School, IIR...)

Currently, he is Executive Partner of People First Consulting, Associate Professor of Leadership and Human Resources at the Alcalá University, and Technical Director of HRCI Spain.

In addition, Antonio has been: member of the Board of Directors of Euroforum Business School, General Manager of the Corporate University of the Santander group, General Manager of CIFF Foundation (participated by the Santander Group and the Alcalá University), Technical Director of UCEIF and Adviser of UNIVERSIA.
